HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Real-Time Protection

並且新增以下三組項目，並且將數值設定為 1

DisableBehaviorMonitoring

DisableOnAccessProtection

DisableScanOnRealtimeEnable
